For health and safety reasons, items must be returned unused in the original condition and plastic packaging with hang tag attached within 10 days after receipt of order. ProtectaHip® Undergarments and ProtectaChin® & Face Guards are not returnable.

To return or exchange a product, contact Plum to request a Returned Goods Authorization number. Plum will credit your account for returned items, minus a 20% restocking fee and $10 processing fee. Fees are waived for exchanged items. Shipping costs are not credited.
